Social Snowball offers a variety of out-of-the-box emails that you can send to affiliates. This includes both promotional and transactional emails. You can view these emails in the Customize tab of your dashboard, under the Emails section.

You can enable/disable these emails, customize the primary color, and remove Social Snowball's branding.

You cannot customize the content of Social Snowball's out-of-the-box emails as of now.

To customize the content of the emails you send to affiliates, you have to enable our Klaviyo integration.

Once enabled, our team can transfer our collection of prebuilt affiliate email templates to your Klaviyo account to give you a head start.
