Social Snowball offers a powerful built-in email automation system for all your affiliate communications, including both promotional and transactional messages. You can view, edit, track analytics, and enable or disable these emails at the program level. To customize them, go to the 'Emails' section under the 'Customize' tab on your dashboard.
You can enable or disable these emails by clicking the (...) button.
Note: Post-purchase email can only be enabled/disabled for the default program.
These emails can also be enabled for specific programs if you wish to send an out-of-the-box email to affiliates in a particular program.
You can also customize these emails by clicking the edit icon.
You can customize all the text of the email inside the Text tab.
Click on the {var} button to add custom variables to your emails for personalization. You can also make the text bold, italic, and add hyperlinks.
Once you edit the text, you can customize the colors.
You can also toggle which social media share icons you wish to enable.
Once you're done with all the customization and have enabled the email for the programs you want, you can track the Sent, Opens, and Clicks analytics in real time from the Customize>Emails tab.
You can also enable our Klaviyo integration if you wish to send emails via your Klaviyo.
