Unable to process payouts via Trolley? Troubleshooting Guide

If you’re having issues processing payouts through Trolley, first review the Setting up Trolley integration to send payouts to your affiliates guide to make sure you’ve completed all the required steps. If you’re still unable to process payouts after following that guide, use the checklist below to verify your setup:

1. Active Trolley Plan

Make sure your Trolley subscription is active.
Check here

2. Active Payout Method

Make sure you have an active payout method in Trolley.

3. Webhook Connection
Confirm that the Social Snowball webhook has been correctly added in your Trolley account. Tutorial

4. Sufficient Funds
Ensure you have enough balance in your connected PayPal or bank account before initiating payouts.

5. Payout Method Selection
Verify that Trolley is selected as the payout method in your Social Snowball programs.

6. PayPal Integration

If you're using PayPal as a payout method, double-check that you’ve completed all the steps outlined in this guide, especially step 2 (PayPal has approved your Payouts API) and step 7 (you have given application Payouts and Transaction Search options).

7. Affiliate Payout Setup
Affiliates must add and verify their payout method in their affiliate dashboard before you can send payments via Trolley. Tutorial
