While you can customize the affiliate links' landing page at the program level, there may be instances where you prefer to tailor the landing page on an individual affiliate level. If you opt to track affiliate sales using Both Links & Codes, UTM Links, or Safelinks, you can customize the landing page for the tracking links generated for each affiliate. This customization feature remains available even if you're using any of our shortened link formats.
To do this, go to the Affiliates tab in your Social Snowball dashboard. Next, select the name of the affiliate for whom you want to customize the landing page. Alternatively, you can search for the affiliate using their name, email address, or discount code/link.
This will bring you to the affiliate's profile page. Now, click on the edit icon adjacent to the Referral Link section.
An Edit Referral Link pop-up appears.
You can update the landing page to any product page, collection page, or custom URL you want.
Once done, click Save Changes.
NOTE:
The above tutorial deals with customizing the landing page of affiliate links at the individual affiliate level. If you wish to customize the landing page of affiliate links for all affiliates in a particular program, please refer to this tutorial.
If you customize the landing page at the program level, affiliates whose landing pages were previously individually customized using the method described above will remain unaffected.
These changes take effect instantly. There is no sync involved, unlike when changing the landing page at the program level.
