You can track an affiliate’s referral sales for subscription products using Social Snowball.
To do this, you need to make some changes in your Shopify admin.
Log in to your Shopify admin and navigate to the Discounts tab. Once in the Discounts tab, open the discount folder associated with the program you want to enable subscription sale tracking for.
Please note that the discount folder is named after your Social Snowball program by default.
Within the discount folder, choose Both under Purchase type. This selection ensures that the discount codes and links for this specific program will be applicable to both one-time purchases and subscriptions.
Once done, hit 'Save'. Follow suit in other Social Snowball program discount folders to track subscription sales for all your affiliates across all programs in Social Snowball.
