You can add affiliates to your preferred affiliate program in Social Snowball using third-party sign up forms. These sign up forms can be embedded on your website, sent via email or SMS, added to your store pop-ups, etc. For this, you’ll need to integrate Zapier with your Social Snowball account. Here’s a step-by-step tutorial to do that. Once you’ve done that, create a sign up form via your preferred third-party app/software. Make sure it has integration with Zapier.

For this tutorial, we will use Typeform as a sign up form and create an affiliate in Social Snowball using the Zapier integration.

The first step is to create a Zap. In that zap, set your trigger to New Entry in Typeform (or your preferred third-party sign up form). Make sure that your sign up form should be able to capture the first name, last name, and email address of the affiliates. These are mandatory properties to create an affiliate account in Social Snowball. You can capture other information as well as per your requirements.

The second and final step in this Zapier workflow is to create an affiliate in Social Snowball.

Now, map the columns containing first name, last name, and email address to the respective fields under Action in the Create Affiliate in Social Snowball step. You can also add the phone number and the program to which you'd like to add these affiliates to.

Test the workflow, and hit publish! And that’s it. You can now automatically add affiliates to your Social Snowball account using third-party sign up forms!
