Using our Klaviyo integration, you can send email and SMS flows to affiliates within one or more specific programs. This is great for when you need to automate communication some of your affiliates, but not every affiliate in every program.

To do this, first make sure you have activated the Klaviyo integration.

Next, head to your Klaviyo dashboard and navigate to the Flows tab

Click "Create flow" on the top right and then choose Create From Scratch. Give the flow a name and then click Create Flow to enter the flow editor.

Next, select a trigger for the flow. For this example, we're using "Social Snowball - New referral sale."

To ensure that this flow will only get sent to affiliates within a specific program, now add a conditional split to the flow.

Set the Definition type as "Properties about someone", and then choose the "Program - Social Snowball" property. Keep the condition as "equals", and then type the name of the program you wish to target.

Now, build the remainder of the flow off the "YES" branch so that only affiliates within the specified program(s) will receive the content.
