Within Social Snowball, you have the option to delete an affiliate from a program as well as ban them. So, what's the difference?

Banning an affiliate: Banning an affiliate means the affiliate's referral data, payout data, and affiliate account will be permanently deleted. The affiliate will instantly lose access to their dashboard and will not be able to sign up again. This cannot be undone. The affiliate will not be notified.

Deleting an affiliate: Deleting an affiliate means the affiliate's referral data, payout data, and affiliate account will be deleted. The affiliate will lose access to their dashboard but can sign up again in the future. The affiliate will not be notified.

The key difference is that banning an affiliate prevents them from signing up again while deleting an affiliate allows them to sign up again.
