Creator Outreach:
Before You Start (Required Setup)
To enroll creators into automated outreach, there are three required setup steps:
Connect your email
Go to Integrations and connect the email account you want to send outreach from.
Set up your outreach emails
Review and edit your sequence under Creator Search > Email Sequence to ensure your messaging is ready before sending.

Onboard to Creator Marketplace
To access and search the full META creator database, your brand must be onboarded to Meta’s Creator Marketplace.To onboard your brand:
Go to Meta Business Suite.
Click Creator Marketplace.
Select Get Started and agree to Meta’s terms.
If required, click Verify your business and complete verification.
Click Agree to finish onboarding.
Re-authenticate your Instagram integration from the Integrations tab in Social Snowball.
Click on the Creator Search tab located in the left-hand menu of your Social Snowball dashboard.
You can run either a Keyword Search or a Lookalike Search.
Keyword Search helps you find creators based on a niche, topic, or trend - like “skincare,” “gym,” or “unboxing”.
Lookalike Search finds creators similar to a handle you enter. They’re called lookalikes because they create similar content and attract a similar audience to the original creator.
You can use a variety of filters to refine your search - such as follower range, engagement metrics, creator demographics (age, gender, country, interests), and audience demographics. You can also choose to only show creators who are not yet enrolled in your program or those who have an email available for outreach. Once you’ve set your filters, click Search.
Once your search loads the relevant creators, you can review the results, select individual creators or select all. You can also click the “More info →” button on any creator card to view detailed profile information, including follower stats, engagement metrics, bio, brand partnership experience, recent collaborations, available contact information, and their content portfolio.
When you're ready, click Enroll in sequence to add the selected creators to your outreach sequence.
