Social Snowball allows you to block any commissions arising from self-referral orders. This key feature ensures that you don't pay commissions to affiliates for any self-referral orders by checking if the referral customer shares the same email or IP address as the affiliate.

To enable this, start by heading to the Settings tab of your dashboard, and then click on the Advanced tab.

Scroll down to the Self Referral Blocking section and toggle on both the options:

a) Customer has the same email as the affiliate

b) Customer has the same IP address as the affiliate
