One-time payments allow you to send a manual, flat-fee payout to an affiliate outside of commission-based earnings.

Creating a One-Time Payment

You can create a payment from multiple places in the platform:

1. From the Affiliate Profile

  • Go to an affiliate’s profile

  • Click Create Payment

  • Enter the amount

  • Select a payout method

  • Click Send Payment

2. From the Unpaid Tab

  • Navigate to the Payouts> Unpaid tab

  • Click Create Payment

  • Select the affiliate

  • Enter payment amount and method

  • Send Payment

Reporting & Analytics

One-time payments are reflected across the platform:

  • Reports Table

    • Separate One-Time Payments column

    • Sortable and exportable

  • Affiliate Profile

    • Breakdown of total earnings, including one-time payments

  • Analytics

    • Dedicated One-Time Payments metric with graphs

Important Notes

  • Only one affiliate can be paid per one-time payment

  • Failed payments are tracked separately to help prevent duplicate payouts

  • Ignored payments are considered resolved, but are not paid out

Handling Failed Payments

If a one-time payment fails, the platform helps you quickly identify and resolve it.

Failure Notifications

  • A banner will appear if there are failed payments

  • Click View Failures to investigate

Understanding Failure Reasons

  • Click into a payment to view issue details

Actions You Can Take

For each failed payment, you have two options:

1) Retry

  • Sends the payment back to processing

  • Useful after fixing the issue

2) Ignore

  • Marks the failure as resolved

  • Removes notifications

  • Payment will not be sent

Resolving Failures

  • Once all failed payments are either retried or ignored, the banner notification disappears

  • You can still view resolved (ignored) failures by clearing filters
