Reports Tab: Analyze Data to Make Better Decisions

Access key metrics such as commissions, revenue, AOV, ROI, CPA, gifting analytics, and social media analytics.

The Reports tab centralizes performance statistics for Affiliates, Gifting, and Social, enabling flexible filtering, sorting, and exports for deeper decision‑making.

Accessing the Reports tab

  • Open Reports from the left navigation, then switch between the Affiliates, Gifting, and Social tabs at the top.

  • Use the filters at the top (Date Range, Platform, Program, Affiliate, and Exclusions) to refine what appears in the table.

Affiliates

  • Track revenue, commissions, referral orders, link clicks, AOV, ROI, and CPA with sortable columns and filters for targeted analysis.

  • Select Export to download a CSV that reflects all active filters for offline analysis or sharing.

Gifting

  • Provides key metrics such as the program when the gift was sent, the current program, the redemption date, the gift order status, the product redeemed, and the total value of the gift to evaluate seeding impact.

  • Apply filters and sorting, then Export to capture a filtered snapshot for internal reporting.

Social tab

  • The Social tab lists aggregated per‑affiliate social activity with columns for Likes, Shares, Comments, Posts, Views, Reach, Stories, and Reels, respecting the active Platform setting (Instagram, TikTok, or Blended).

  • Sort any Social column to surface top performers; combine filters and sorting for focused slices (e.g., Instagram activity in a single program over 30 days). Use Export (top‑right) to download a CSV reflecting all active filters.
